Prediction Game - Need only responsive HTML designs

Concept: Looking for responsive HTML pages for a prediction game site. We will ask a series of multiple-option questions. User can choose to answer any number of questions. User will be scored based on the outcome. Expectations: 1. I am only looking for HTML designs and CSS, not the actual integration 2. I am looking to work with free lancers only 3. Designs should be simple, intuitive and creative considering that this is a game 4. As far as possible design should incorporate graphical representation and icons instead of text 5. Design should be responsive and fit seamlessly on a mobile screen as well Project Brief: At a high level following functionalities are required, 1. Sign Up, Sign In, Forgot Password 2. Change Password 3A. User can see all questions which are available to be answered a. Questions should be in form of card layout b. Each card will show i. Title ii. Image pertaining to the question iii. Question iv. Options (2-5 answers per question) v. End Date for question 3B. When user answers a question, card should transition question answered state. In this state card should show, c. Question Title d. Question e. All options with percentage of users who have selected that option (graphic representation) f. User’s selection 4. User can see scores for previously answered questions. This should also be in card layout. Card should show a. Question Title b. Question c. User’s Selection d. Points scores for that question e. How many user answered this question correctly (graphic representation) 5. Scorecard: User will be able to see his performance as a graphical representation and a small explanation of that it represents. Following will be shown a. User’s Accuracy b. User’s Overall Score c. User Percentile Rank d. List of top performers with their overall scores e. User should be able to see score card for different events (Eg: Scorecard for IPL, World Cup etc.)
