I have low-res scans/photos of a set of 6 drawings from an old book. I need them to be brought up to print quality, but I also need to preserve the vintage look--so I don't want them looking like a crisp new vector illustration. This book is from 1919 and so is in the public domain, so there is no worry about copyright. I just wasn't able to obtain a copy; photos of the pages was the only thing the library that held the book would allow. Unfortunately the library was not well lit so they are not very sharp. :( I have several other similar projects to this one, so if you do a great job, there will be more work to come. I have attached a sample photo for you to see what you will be working with, and another photo showing the finished quality level you will need to match. Please be aware that these are lower resolution samples in order to meet the file size limit, so do not put lots of work into this sample. The files I will send you are higher resolution. However, before giving you the job, I will want to see at least a portion of the sample photo with your proposed edits so that I know we are on the same page in terms of expectations of the final product.
