We would like a Geo directory site that directs Canadian/users to the closest marijuana dispensary and relative stores (bong stores, ect.) in their geographic location within Canada.
This is a directory site for now, We do not need the Weed strains at this time.
This will be a local business directory for all marijuana dispensaries pot shops, bong shops, etc. across Canada. This should be very similar to Leafly, but not with in copyright. It should be a very attractive modern website.
This will be a very user-friendly site similar to [login to view URL] but better. It will ask for the users geographic location and a search option for dispensaries bong shops etc. to show them their nearby dispensaries, bong shops ect. along with all the information including address, operating hours, domain etc.
We would like to have this as a WordPress site with all the proper SEO research done and implemented, we would like to be above Leafly in Google rankings. I will also have other domains redirecting to this main website.
This site has to be easier for users to navigate through. This site will have strategically placed and researched relevant Google AdSense ad campaigns.
We would like to have the same functions example: sign-up/login for business owners. (We can chat about the rest)
We will also like an RSS article feed such as the [login to view URL] which has the latest cannabis news and culture in Canada.
We would also like social media accounts made for this websites that have separate RSS feeds for unique content.
We will need our own custom headers, fav, footings, logos, about us pages ect. See [login to view URL]
There will be a newsletter sign-up as well so I can create a mailing list.
The correct candidate will be willing to expand the website and maintain it whenever requested. This means more work in the feature if am am happy with the project.

Ref your project description we would like to inform you that we have worked on directory based website, infact the one you need closely matches with one of the portals which we did for Beer shops. Users were able to find the closest available beer shops by specifying the pincode, and also had the option view what beers are there in for stock, if the one in stock matches with my requirement then the user was having the option to reserve the stock and get the same from the shop in specified time.
