ENG: Our website is an online rental platform for international students: [login to view URL] We are looking for a graphic designer to prepare a leaflet. The leaflet is addressed directly to our potential customers - international students (age 19-25, mainly students/interns from UE, Turkey and USA), looking for a short-term rental in Warsaw. The customers are looking for a safe rental option and a helpful hand in foreign country. The leaflet will be distributed in hostels, universities, welcome packs etc. The leaflet should inform in a simple way about the existence of Pepe Housing, the services offered by the company and refer them to the website. It should present to the potential customer the company’s professionalism and reliability. At the same time the leaflet shows that the Pepe Housing team consists of young people who have experienced the same problems while searching accommodation abroad. Ulotka skierowana jest do naszych docelowych klientów - studentów międzynarodowych (wiek około 19-25 lat, głównie studenci z UE, Turcji i USA lub osoby wyjeżdżające na praktyki), którzy szukają mieszkania/pokoju na okres około jednego semestru. Osoby zainteresowane to ludzie szukający bezpiecznej formy najmu i pomocnej dłoni przy wynajmie mieszkania za granicą. Ulotka ma docelowo być dystrybuowana w hostelach, uczelniach, welcome packach etc. W prosty i szybki sposób ma informować ich o istnieniu firmy Pepe Housing i odsyłać ich na stronę internetową. Ma wzbudzić zaufanie, swoim wyglądem przekonywać o profesjonalizmie i rzetelności firmy a jednocześnie pokazywać, że team Pepe Housing to osoby młode, które same doświadczyły problemu szukania mieszkania za granicą.
