iQubes Game face design. Then if happy with design the full game to follow

I hate to say it but I built a game called iQubes over 12 years ago, pre smart phone. When the first iPhone came out I decided to wait until I had time to re-build the game using the latest mart phone graphics. Which is today. I have to say it appears like the old Tetris game in optics. BUT the game could not be more different. It is a global challenging test of iQ. You can challenge locally or globally. The game has all sorts of different and very addictive game play with a prize fund of $1,000,000 globally. If you price the project off Tetris5000 as it is I would think the same amount of programming time. (For the game only) Tetris has a lot of fuss and over graphically stimulus to play the game of skill. More of a shoot them up rather than a game of intelligence as is iQubes (iQ). I have tried a few times to secure a good level programmer with design expertise. For such a simple game I have been very surprised I have been unable to find someone based on the stunning portfolios I have browsed on "Freelancer". Anyway, the problem still remains. I have many projects for a highly skilled honest team/person. From the iqubes game to Film production finance Apps. In all there are over 10 large jobs. I wish to start very carefully with a simple design for iQubes to gauge the skill set of the person I hope to find. I will post the very old version of iQubes which I want a full make over to the twentieth century as I am sure you will agree. OK, that's it for now. As the initial job is small as will the cost I want you to know this is nearly a graphical test to see if you can cope with the larger and much bigger jobs I need building in the firs quarter of next year at the very latest.
