Interactive Map with Real Time Updates

Looking for an experienced developer who can build a front-end interactive map similar to the other solutions below that displays information from multiple Flight Simulation Networks in an elegant, interactive, and easy to digest interface. The solution should be built in Vue.JS as part of a Laravel 5.6 project and should focus around the Map itself as we will be using a purchased theme ([login to view URL]) for the rest of the application. It is safe to assume that the data implementation and backend functionality will be completed for you, what we need delivery on is the front-end UI implementations. The project will be completed as three phases (please bid for the combined total of Phase 2 and Phase 4); Phase 1: Base Project Setup, Repository, Server, and Mock API Endpoints (Us) Phase 2: Initial Functionality and UI Setup against Mock API Endpoints (You - we will facilitate making changing to the mock api endpoints to get everything work as expected) Phase 3: Creation of actual API Endpoints with real data (Us) Phase 4: Final implementation with web-socket push notifications for real-time data updates, fine tuning and refinements as needed (You) The front end should include complete unit testing and end to end testing that can be performed as part of the CI/CD pipeline.
