Summary:
A website and mobile apps to hire local freelancers based on rating or price similar to [login to view URL] but with direct hiring rather than bid type hiring.
Discerption:
Custom-built freelancer website built with PHP and powered by MySQL database, Front end should be high quality HTML5 with SEO friendly link structure and optimized MySQL queries to limit CPU usage, Cashing system is also required to reduce the CPU load.
The website will contain freelancer categorized in many categories and sub-categories, like PHP, Apps, Etc... As sub categories.
The front and back ends should be modular, the website will be in 3 native languages, Arabic, English and Hendi, with ability to add more languages in future, each member can choose the preferable language to post their service, if more than one language is selected the member has to fill the service in each language separately.
The members can either choose to pay to get better search results or list their service free.
The members can also choose to feature their service in their categories.
The website admin should be able to set the rates for each category and sub category.
The payments system shall be modular and initially should be powered by Paypal, K-net, CashU with ability to add more payment modules.
The website shall have affiliate system built in with the ability to adjust the cookie lifetime, share for all affiliates, and override the share for each affiliate as a general.
The member will have a calendar for availability similar to [login to view URL] they will have access to update their availability schedule.
The member frontpage will have the abilities with admin setting to set the abilities for each category and sub category
The member front page will show the member rating and reviews, members can rate and review only if they hire the professional, professional can rate the clients also but this option can be disabled or enabled any time from admin page.
Obviously, admin have the power to control the entire site variable and member have the ability to manage their accounts.
Native Android and IOS app shall also be designed based on the above.
The code will be delivered in full as open source code and it shall be well commented and documented; a third party and I will review the code especially for workability and security.
The front end shall be responsive with html5 design.
A contract set by lawyer shall be signed between both parties me and the developer not to disclose any personal information or use the same code again in full or in part with any other clients,
A company that has all the required set of abilities to handle such tasks must do the design.
The nominated company shall provide technical support for two years and shall do any required changes or amendments on agreed costs as the nominated company shall be the selected partner for this project.
