I need to be able to upload a CSV file to a website, the site then geocodes the CSV using Google Maps API and generates a KML and Map. The way im looking for the site to go is Admin logs in using Google. List displays of all current uploads like below. File name: Example.csv. View map, Download kml , assign user, delete. I am looking to be able to assign a csv to a specific user where when they login, only those CSV files get displayed and if they login on their phone, click on view map, google maps opens up on their phone and displays the geocoded datapoints. The KML file is for viewing in Google Earth.
