Front End Designer/Developer

Need a designer who can finish the rest of our site designs. We need you to be able to do the .psd mock ups, html and style sheets and deliver to us the files. We need you to work fast but also deliver quality. I am looking for someone with a creative eye. We are looking to hire 1-2 people immediately. Please make sure to include samples of your work for me to look at. If no samples are included I will not consider you for the job. Please make sure to let me know in your proposal what your process is as far as working with me and collecting the info. I will have initial mockups ready for you and some I have .psd files already that just need to be tweaked. Please let me know how long it takes for a mockup to be delivered from the time you have all the info you need and from there, how long it takes for final html files. I am paying by the hour but will need to know a rate for each page you design so I can know what I am paying. Your quote for each design should include a revision and any information that was overlooked by you or your team. When you quote me a price, please quote with your hourly rate.
