Fix things in PHP (with MySQL database)

You have to fix the below on your own server and send me the files when it works. - I want to work point by point. We go to point 2 when point 1 works. - After all the 6 points are done and they work on MY SERVER, than I will release the milestone payment. 1) For the following pages: - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] On the left side of the screen is written: Bedrijfsnaam: Fransman Bouw BTW: BE 123 456 789 They need to become part of the user in the database. So, the database needs to get two new fields for the "bedrijfsnaam" (company name) and the "BTW" (VAT number). The user won't be able to change this data by himself. 2) For the following pages: - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] The login and send password option work. But, there need to be a note when a user want to login with wrong data or when he request his password but gives in the wrong email address. This should be a note above the buttons that popsup when the inserted data doesn't match data in the database. Notes like: "The name and/or password are wrong!" and "The email address is unknown!". 3) The website "[login to view URL]" is the front end. Next to that I would like to have a back end where we can add, edit and delete users. The page should be called: [login to view URL] There should be a drop down menu with all the existing users. From which I can pick one to edit or to delete. Or to not pick one and create a new user. The back end has to be made in the same design as the front end. With the option to login (the same way as the front end). 4) The menu before and after login is different, it should be like this. The links on the top-right corner are only visible after login. However, both menu's should be the same size and work in the same way. This means that the menu AFTER login is the good one, the one that is fixed on the top of the screen. So, the menu BEFORE login should work the same. 5) For the following page: - [login to view URL] The sliders don't work. They need to work. The sliders should be without the green block (with the numbers 1 and 18), they need to be removed. The drop down also has some issue, it doesn't always close when you select something. The form is here to calculate a price for one of the products. You need to make this one work. On the left side are 8 products to pick. The calculation part need to work for all 8 products. 6) The menu has also a mobile part. BEFORE login the icon from the mobile part is visible. However, there are no option to choose. So, the icon shouldn't be visible.
