Execute a Professional Logo Design to Meet Precise Specification

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BRIEF: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I need 5 variants of the same logo creating to HIGH standard. I need these images LARGE (suitable for printing on a van) and in all formats i.e. vector, photoshop, png, jpeg Please note I already have the concept for this logo very closely mocked up, I don't need you to design anything I need you to execute it! The logo is comprised of three cogs, two are in #20AA00 colour and the third, larger cog is a different colour (this is the feature/highlight element that changes colour, all the other parts stay the same in #29AA00 as shown in the mock) Laid on top of the 'feature' cog is a 'mars' ♂ symbol, this is in #29aa00 also. The arrows needs to point 45 degrees to the top right exactly. You can see my original prototype titled '[login to view URL]' This is very close to what I want as a final image it just needs crisp and clear execution. Here are the different versions I need creating: There is a standard logo with the two smaller cogs and the mars symbol in #29AA00. and the feature cog surrounding the mars symbol in black. Then there are 4 variants with the black feature section replaced with: Bronze: #A67D3D Silver: #C0C0C0 Gold: #D4AF37 Dark Platinum: #D3D2D1 You can see this in the images attached titled: MockBronze, MockSilver, MockGold, MockPlatinum. These images are the unprofessional work of another designer though they were close to what I wanted. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Problems I need sorting: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Problem 1: ---------------------------- I need the top right most edges of the mars/arrow symbol to be STRAIGHT LINES aligned in a standard North - South fashion instead of at random angles as in the mock images. i.e. 90 degree angle in alignment with the x and y axis of the page See image "mod1" to clearly see what I mean (I don't know how they screwed this up) Problem 2: ---------------------------- I need the image to be as 'clean' as possible so, the shapes made ground up from scratch in a suitable program i.e. photoshop/vector so that all lines are clear and crisp. The previous designer did not do a good job of drawing the actual shape of the image, in fact they didn't draw it at all. As you can see in the mocks they simply used a MAGIC WAND tool to copy the outline of my original concept sketch! I need it drawing from the ground up with crisp smooth lines and no lumpy bits in the shapes so everything is uniform. See image "mod2" to see what I mean (terrible!) Problem 3: ---------------------------- What I received from the last designer was also different to my mock image in a few ways. Please see "mod3" for details. I need the final result to be closer to my original prototype in the manner described.
