Design a Website Mockup

Please don't propose before reading and understanding each point. I will not rush in choosing. I will choose only the one who have the understanding and the ability to do the required. And I will consider every single proposed. Thank you. The work is as following: Design an entire front end for multi-vendor store that supported by CS cart. including the following: 1- place the logo in every banner and in every corner of the website. 2- The website has no products now so the moving slides banners should have something like advertisements for "how good is to sell in a multi-vendor store." and "What are the possibility" and "what we will offer to you as a multi-vendor website." The banners must be in Arabic language, so you can give me the phrases in English and I will translate to Arabic for you if you want. We can work closely in the matter of translations. 3- The website should feel and look like this website: [login to view URL] in every corner, font, colors, icons, and the placement of the logo but without causing any legal conflict so you should manipulate any design you take from there. And of course without forgetting that it is e-commerce website so the website must be life and active. 4- The website has its own image upload center. And it also places the logo (water mark) automatically on any uploaded image. I want you to edit it to make the logo appear in each image but also no matter the colors are in the image the logo should be clear. Also, the images should be auto resized to be all the same without affecting the quality of the image. For example, the ingredients in small font on a medicine bottle should be clear. Then test the whole uploading center to see if it is work. The logo should be in the down left corner and it should be small to not cover the product but not too small to see. 5- The new design should support the Arabic language which written RTL, the website already supports it and the design should too. 6- The "Main logo" Should be in the home page. The "Blue logo" In every banner, corner, pages, and water-mark in upload center. Both, the main logo and the blue logo should have a transparent background. Unless it is necessary to have a background. 7- The design must be cellphones friendly. 7- An icon image of the logo should be beside the title of the website in the browser. An image attached for elaboration. 9- After finishing the design, fill the website with the products categories such as this website: Souq.com. Same categories and same sub-categories. even the logos images for different stores should be there. An Image attached as elaboration. The working in categories is optional, I can hire another freelancer to do it. Just mention that you will not do it in your proposal. Thanks.
