Please READ job description first and make sure you are skilled in this area. You can quote on the job based on the relevant work required...however I do understand a fair price. I have 3 websites operating in 3 different countries. [login to view URL] (New Zealand) [login to view URL] (Australia) [login to view URL] (USA) I require either a purchased plugin pop-up that can be customised (I will buy it if you tell me what would be effective for what I want to do) or you customised php in the wordpress theme. I would like the pop-up to have a nice graphic design with 4 flags. New Zealand. Australia and USA flag plus a a grey flag with text words in it. The pop-up needs to be placed on all 3 websites and it needs to activate as soon as a person enters into the site. They will click their flag of their country and the pop-up will redirect them to the site of the country they are in. I have tried this before with another freelancer but the problem I had was when the USA client landed on the NZ site and they clicked the USA flag, when they were re-directed to the USA site the 4 flags popped up again. I do NOT want this. I want them to land on the site, choose their flag and get re-directed to the site WITHOUT the pop-up activating again. The flags need to pop up once on the site, if they get re-directed, they don't see the flag pop-up again. If the client lands on any page from google search, they need to see the flag option on each page but I don't want the pop-up to occur on each page they land on as they scroll thru the site. Please make sure you understand my brief FULLY before quoting. Thanks

Of course you are right, Suppose If i am landed on NZ.. and click over the US, And once i will be redirect over the US then why & what necessity to display the same popup again ? You are right. In simple words want to say, I am capable enough to create a custom installable plugin which is compatible with all latest wordpress version. # For this requirement no need to buy any plugin. If needed to buy then what is developer (my) role ? You have to buy the plugin then also have to pay me for customization.... This is not wrong. I care about my client and his money too. (2) What if user who doesn't belongs to NZ/AUS/USA and lands on any of 3 website? What flag user should click on and which site will be directed to, in this case?
