Create Planner pages in Photoshop

I am looking to have these files recreated in Photoshop, provided as a PSD Files, with graphic elements on separate layers. I would like a different border to the one provided here - please give me a couple of options and we will work from there. Layout also needs to be changed a little - it cannot be a direct copy, but the design needs to remain crisp and clean. All text to be Open Sans Font. Two colours to be introduced - light blue and mid grey blue - I will provide the exact colours when you commence. The files need to be created in US letter size, International paper size and A4 size, and half international paper size. The half version will need to be altered a little in design in some cases - the design should not be shrunk, it needs to be condensed or re positioned. I will give more details about margins etc when the project commences. Files attached.
