Ones both ready it should save to system ( folder ) and there should be two options
Print - email - ( both or individual)
If we say email then it should email to client with invoice and client agreement
Also it should generate receipt automatically after payment received and it should generate total fees collected - GST and Govt. fees collected
Please note - In every invoice only 5-7 Item changes and client agreement is also same
