Character Re-creation

Looking for an experienced illustrator to re-illustrate characters. There will be three characters to completely redesign.
There will be several phases of the project. Initial character rendering: Three characters (Moon, Star and little girl) Initial black and white sketches - submission of new versions of the three characters. I expect each character to be drawn in four different views (Front view (face and body of character), back view (back side of character), Right view (as if you were looking at the character from the side), Left View. We will then go through editing phase and determine final rendering of black and white images. Final approved images are to be delivered electronically.
Payment will be disbursed upon milestones completed.
Character 1 – Final color versions fully approved - $150.00
Character 2 – Final color versions fully approved - $150.00
Character 3 – Final color versions fully approved - $200.00
For each character I will need black and white images (4 views) as well as full color.
