Build me a website exactly based on other running website

Hi, I am looking for someone who can help me to build a WordPress website which is exactly like this: [login to view URL] 1 most important thing is the designer has to be able to speak and understand English professionally to be able to communicate with me during the entire process of the website creation. Once I feel that there will be a challenge on communication, I will not proceed with the discussion with you. Here are the notes to be done during the website creation. 1. The logo will use my own logo. This including colour theme as well. 2. All the text and content on the website has to be editable by me in the future. (since I am not good in WordPress if this feature is indeed already there, then it shouldn't be a problem) 3. In the "Solutions" tab, we only need 3 solutions instead of 5 like what shown in the original website. 4. Also in the "Solutions" tab, if visitor clicked on "Request Media Data", there is no need to show the form again. Just straight drive them to the "Contact" tab. 5. in the "Company" tab, do not put "Career" and "Press" anymore. it should be a simple set of paragraph and the icons of Office, Years of Experience, Target Markets (Audience Experts and coffee is not needed) 7. In "Client's" tab, clients' logo are needed but remove the testimonial. I will need to be able to upload the Client's logo by myself in the future. 8. In "Contact" please make it as simple as company detail and GET IN TOUCH form. there is no need to put other countries there (BERLIN, MUNICH, AMSTERDAM, SINGAPORE or HANOI). 9. Social Media Icons and live chat are not needed. Feel free to ask any question which also determines your English speaking proficiency before we proceed. Thank you
