Build A Website(IG API INTEGRATED)

I am interested in a website based on pricing plans, with the possibility to choose between 2 languages, starting with a animated header that highlights the impact of social media in 21st century with a video just below and some animated arrows on the bottom of the header (Watch video). The header should also have a button (get started) that redirects the user to a form where he can create his account by filling up the fields. The website needs to have Instagram API integrated or any side method that displays followers of the account and some lately posted photos. The website will have an interface like (My account) where the user will be able to see the number of followers at the time he created the account and the number of followers in real time, see the growth from the begining in % and in number of followers and the engagement rate of his last posts(it can be outsourced from(with) platforms such as phlanx or other free to use platforms, anyway it is a simple calculation), also he will be able to choose hashtags used by potential clients, instagram account names that are being followed by people interested of his niche and geo locations. It will have a section for affiliating where users will get a refferal link and based on this they will recieve 35$ in their account for each refferal. The payment method should be paypal, payoneer and credit cards. I also need an animated video for presentation and i would like the website to have animated infos. The website will have ,as i already told you, testimonials, fake recent sell pop-up window, timer for discounts. You can also come with your own ideas to improve lead rate if you have any. The website should have a live chat window and a contact form for any support requests, a fake Blog, FAQ section ,terms of service ,privacy policy blabla and all the others and a animated section to subscribe to the newsletter. Also it should have a feedback section that can be accesed and that pops out to customer with a skip button after 2 weeks of membership. I may have missed some points but i think i noticed all of them here. I would like the pricing section to be split in 3 packages and the last one to have a var(from 1 to 100) where the client could write the number of satelit accounts that he wants. The number of followers obtained and the price will modify themselves from this var. And for the 2nd package i want a badge with "best deal".I will send you the formula for this calculation.
