Build me a website

I'm looking for someone to build a website using word press. I have a domain name already. This website will be for my company. I want a trustworthy and efficient freelancer. I have many projects that must be done by the chosen freelancer, so we will have a long-lasting partnership. Look at this project as a test run. If successful, we will both be making a lot of money together. My business is a company that connects clients(people in the process of buying a used car) with my trusted mechanics. My mechanics will go through a thorough checklist to assess the used car and give the client their opinion about whether or not they think this is a good car to buy. They will also tell the client if the used car is priced too high, and what price would be suitable for this car. I would like the website to be formatted in this way (see attached screenshot) The three boxes should be formatted in the horizontal format. Each box should explain a simplified explanation about what my business is all about. I'd like a blue color scheme. I also need contact form that contains. Name, email, phone, address, address of the used car (where are you buying the car from), type and model of car. I'd also like a blog portion where I can mainly post website articles and my own blogs. I'm very serious about this. Let's make it happen together.
