Build a small simple Bootstrap Auction Script with SMS

BBX website script in Bootstrap for Auctions. We need a very simple script to Auction just 1 item at a time per day from our website. We don’t want a lot of features we want a very simple script so our existing Customers can bid on our products. The core of this is that we will send a link for each Auction to our members by SMS and Facebook for them to Bid on the item. The link (for example) would be [login to view URL] (Core homepage that lists the Auctions in date order. This can be simple list with header and Date. Sold Items should not show up on home page only the Auctions that have not yet closed. Customers can only BID they can’t list items in the Auction. As such the Members don’t need any Admin only log in with member number + Mobile Number and Bid. We don’t want to build an App so this is why we want the website script. The cleaner and simple the script the better. What we want is something that meets the following: 1. Mobile friendly so iPhone and Samsung users can play along. 2. It should still work from a PC browser. 3. I can sms and email a direct link to the Auction Item when we have an Auction (Eg: [login to view URL] ) 4. Users when they reach the site enter the last 4 digits of their member number as a bidding number + Mobile Number when they wish to place a bid. Users should be able to see the Auction without logging in. People that place bids and get outbid will get an SMS confirmation. (Email2SMS gateway via Clickatel) 5. System has a backend database of members to confirm the member number exists and is Active. Already have such a database in MYSQL. (Validate) 6. Photo of item with simple description. We only do 1 item at a time per day. So no need for categories. 7. People get the link and from PC, Mobile browser get live updates when a bid happens. So the script refresh rate of every 5 sec? Members need to see in RED that they have been Outbid as soon as possible so they can bid again. Its very important that we alert bidders on the page of live bid updates. 8. Script must have a password protected admin CMS so that we can load up Auctions and see the sold items and the bids etc. The script don’t need to worry about the Billing or invoicing as we already know all our members and have staff to manually process the payment process after the item sells. We are only doing 1 item per day. I need this script working in 3 -5 days! Picture is an example of what I think it should look like.
