I need a professional developer to build a website using Wordpress CMS. The site should be in Arabic language and support RTL. The website should be responsive for all screen (PC, Tablets, and Phones). The idea of the site is service providers and customers to order these services. One category can upload sounds and by the end there will be a sound album for each provider, that will result in a sound library for the website. The attached file can describe around 70% of the needs. There will NO be any money release until completing the project. There will be a 3 milestones: One for starting, another one at the middle, and the last one at the end of the project.
