Architecture Design

The whole idea is that i would need a basic design for a night club. This initial design will be used for convincing potential investors so that will not be the final design , so it doesnt need to be all that detailed. The concept of the nightclub is that we would have 2 vip areas , a restaurant, restrooms, vestiare, entrance desk where that people pay, 2 bar areas and all of this integrated in a warehouse style of building that we want to construct. The approximate size of the nightclub building would be 135 meters in length and 45 meter wide and ceiling height about 10 m. This is the basic idea that we need to make some floor plan out off and that we then also have some 3D models. The 2 basic colors of the nightclub are Black and Pink Rose as you will see in the logo , the club will be call INIFINTY. The flooring will be in concrete (polished) and the walls will be Industrial prefab wall panels that can easy be painted in black in the interior and exterior. (but here i leave room for your suggestion) . Again for now i just need a floorplan and some 3D model mockups so i have something that shows my vision. Also important about the restaurant is that it has to be part of the night club where then by around midnight it will seemslessly blend in with the nightclub. Its the same principle as they have in the Cavalli Club in Dubai (you can check that online). The Vip areas do need to be seperate but still that they are part of the club (the idea is that each vip area can house about 100 people) . I think this gives already a pretty good idea of what i want , and i need it asap ;)
