Android app design - help us take back data ownership

We are a start-up called OMNIA Protocol building a privacy-preserving engine powered through Zero-Knowledge Proofs. The protocol layer stuff is our jam but we need help with the application layer. Briefly, our vision is to allow people to privately monetise the data they already generate on their phones to firms who value it. They say data is oil but I don't think that's a fair comparison because oil is a rival good, it's depletable - data is not. Data is the perfect candidate for basic income but first, we have to own our data, and the simplest way to own our data is to ensure only we can see it. Thus privacy is the first step. This is our mission. We are building an android app for our first verticals and need help with the design of the screens. The app takes health-related inputs and turns it into a health rating. Based on this health rating users are rewards in health tokens called Heartz. I have included the screen designs we currently have, they were designed partly by me and partly by a freelancer on fiver however we have more specific needs now. We would like your help with re-vamping the screen designs (i.e. make them better). The project is to re-design the screens and fit them specifically for an android screen. Specifically, we need a responsive screen design through XML android layouts (Nexus 5X - 5.2-inch screen). We need it in this format so our dev can program the functionality. We are looking for someone professional, who can add a little flare, and will communicate rapidly. I have included the existing screen design as a canvas for you to work from.
