Digital Artists wanted to join our wood prints website

Can you contact digital artists/photographers or artists who have appropriate work that would look amazing on wood prints?? can you ask them if they would like to earn commissions by uploading their work to our website!!?? We would like Artists to sign up and add their pictures/gallery to our website. Artists get a commission if their picture(s) are used so its something they will be very interested in. If you have a deviantart account you probably know great artists who would be interested or if you browse and ask them to join free. Artists can come from anywhere as long as their work is of a high standard for wood prints. Let me know what you think related to a fee per 100 sign ups or whatever.. let me know what you think?
