LED Sign Ad Creations

Ideally looking for someone with experience creating ADS for outdoor Digital LED signs. I have attached my clients old ad.. he would lke to create a NEW one.... see his website for insight on what he does... If you have any questions please advise Right now I want to test skills of who really can make good ones - I need you to redo the following(attached) at your best to show me your skills, this will only be the criteria of selection Please understand the following because MOST people make this mistake. The ad will go on an outdoor LED digital sign that will be read by people driving by.. they don't have lots of time to read sign...it has to be very legible from a distance with large text...
