New Team with Web Designers and Developers

Dear freelancers, I am running and IT Firm in India. I think to start a new virtual team for my company. Means a team consisting of web designers and developers through online. You can work from your home or at your suitable places. I have no problems where you are... So I am thinking of 2 web designers and 3 web developers in the team. Web Designer ------------------ Should have hands on experience in Web designing. Excellent knowledge and experience in Photoshop, HTML, CSS, Java Script, J query and Dreamweaver. Also you should be able to make a site responsive. If you are just a web designer in photoshop, you can also apply. But you need to clearly mention in your bid. Type IWDG in the bids if you are web designer. Web Developer ------------------- - Understanding Client Requirements & Functional Specifications - Responsible for the Design, Layout and Coding of a Website - Capability to Adapt and Able to Pick Up New Techniques - Should have Creativity and Imagination - Developing and Maintaining Dynamic Websites and Web Applications - Ensuring Foolproof Performance of the Deliverable - Coordinating with Co-developers and other Related Departments - Sending Regular Updates About Project Status - Required Skills : PHP, MySql,Wordpress (Highly recommeded) use "IWDP" infront of bids if you are applying for web developer. May this team will change the history of web... I am sure if you are inside in this team, you can learn new things and you can make a good experience with the team.
