Website Graphics, Logo, & Banners

I'm creating a course on affiliate marketing called one month profits. I need a graphic designer to create a basic site template for me and also some banners and a logo. I will leave it to the graphic designer to come up with a concept for the graphics, but the design must be clean and professional looking.? The deliverables for this project will be: 1. Site Header, Site Footer, and a Background that fits with those (preferably put into a basic html template for me).? 2. A Logo of some sort that fits with the idea of taking a simple site and getting it to profit in one month's time. The logo will be used in the videos and eBooks that come with the course.? 3. A set of 5 - 8 banners in common sizes that fit well with the above graphics. Please state what sizes will be delivered for the price you have bid.? I will be accepting a bid within a few days, and I will select the bidder that I feel can do the best job at the best price. Please refer me to previous work when bidding on this project, as your bid won't be accepted without doing so.
