Hi, I am looking to for a logo design for an online real estate/rental property search engine company. We will need both a long version of the logo as well as an "icon" version of the logo. The icon version of the logo needs to simply fit well with the long-logo.
The guidelines long-logo are:
1) Include our fully company name: Jubilong
2) Very simple & clean (ie do not overload with graphics)
3) No cliche logos with houses and such. If you are going to use a house, please do so in an innovative way.
A good logo can be as simple as the name of the company in a good font with the "icon" accompanying it. The designer can choose the color scheme, but should choose no more than 3 colors per scheme.
You must submit 2-3 mockups (preferably with different color schemes).
Ultimately, I would like to develop a long term relationship with the final designer. We will have many more projects coming up including designing buttons, website layout, graphics, etc.
Designer MUST sign an IP Transfer Agreement (we will provide this).
Deliverables:
1) Vector of long-form logo
2) Vector of icon version of logo
3) Signed IP Transfer Agreement
UPDATE:
Those who submit at least one mockup ideas PRIOR to our decision of who to award will be considered significantly more than those who do not. We will close this project at 1:00AM EST on 2/15/2013 so please submit mockups before then.
