Chapter I – It’s Never Black And White

So, here's the thing - depending on how broadly one defines the assignment, I have rather a lot of successful experience in this sort of thing. However you'd need to define the assignment broadly enough to include plot outlines for paranormal erotica.
I'm not ashamed of that. In fact it's a challenging genre in which to be both original and not ridiculous. But I'll also confess that it's a squarely different thing to writing the entirety of romantic erotica. It does, however, encompass decidedly similar talents - originality, an adventurous imagination tempered with a rough awareness of the frontiers of absurdity, and a keen knowledge of structure.
The attached are three plots that I wrote to specification: they needed to have a clear and compelling story path including conflict and climax, they needed to include female-oriented (and mostly female dominated) sex scenes, and they needed to have scope for humor.
What's missing is examples of my fiction. In fact I've written several both fiction and non-fiction books and some non-fiction books that read like fiction. They're good, they're original, and they're all quite mainstream, compared to the above, for which I very much wanted to write the full stories but the client maintained a very strict female authors only rule.
