Flash startup page design

I need a complete flash design for a code editor start up page. The flash design should give the user the possiblity to create/open a (recent) project/file. Additionally it should implement a method to play flv videos (tutorials). By general it should implement the most features of the Startpage of Visual studio 2010 (? <[login to view URL]>? ). ## Deliverables Hello, I need a start up page for my current code (Ansi-C) editor "LED". The startup page shall contain most of the features the start-up page of Visual Studio 2010 offers. Sadly i have no idea how to design flash / program in ActionScript (technically and from the design point of view). I only know how to implement flash videos / menus in my application. Because of that i have to ask for several features which might be impossible to implement (please notify me in your bid) / alternativly might be implemented in one click ( please make a faird bid-suggestion ). Please think about this could be possible.
