Hi I have 12 yrs is experience working on all Actionscript 1.0, 2.0 & 3.0 Recently Flash is converted as Animate cc, I have the original software. First I can convert them to a web part, & then we can convert for both IOS & Android. Waiting for ur reply.

Of course need to know the details of the simulator software... ___________ I have more than 8 years of experience with Flash, Flex, and ActionScript 3.0 projects. I published several projects for web, desktop, mobile, with different types of devices and environments.
