Website Design HTML/CSS/FLASH online poster designer

I need to build a website like [login to view URL] but for event/club posters. I need someone to design a website with build in flash poster design interface. (like moo online business card design) There is an iPhone app named PHOSTER that works exactly the way i want the website to work. Design must be simple and easy to use design interface. Will place 10 fonts for clients to choose and poster categories like club posters / event posters / school parties. etc. Clients will be able to choose from various poster designs place their logo / info /date / photo and order prints. Prints will be from 1 copy to unlimited copies. Extras: Social network support in to every page so people can share the website easy. Register form Mass email to registered users option Newsletter sign up. just like moo. The website must be build on Content management system like joomla so i can change texts / offers / banners / and various other staff.
