About the Job:
We’re looking for a best-in-class financial analyst to work with us and deliver amazing results to our clients. As our investment analyst associate you will work with us to grow and scale the platform and responsible for the following tasks:
* Providing analysis for sell-side issuers to advise companies on making investment materials supporting advisory mandates for a range of public market transactions,
*Testing assumptions in client dataroom and financial models
*Communicating with clients on utilizing our product on mentorship calls
Requirements:
As the description says, we’re looking for a “best-in-class investment analyst” and this doesn’t mean anybody… You must satisfy all of the following requirements to be considered for this job:
*Provide sell-side clients with merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory services or capital raising services
due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring
*Experience in customer support
*Proven track record that you’re able to prove
*Knowledge of digital marketing tools, email marketing, conversions, testing etc.
*Ability to check on client progress via Helpscout, or similar
*Full exposure to the lifecycle of a private equity transaction
