What type of data on the csv are we checking against the xlxs file? The best way to do this would be to open the xlxs file, open the csv, use a vlookup or similar function to obtain whatever you want from the csv using the xlxs, and then create and convert a new file with the output into csv. Since the input and output formats would always be the same the function that would compare both sheets wouldn't be very hard although the creation and organization of both file types might be. Tell me what you think.
