Hi,
we need somebody to help us to restructure an excel database and then research and update about 500-700 contact data from the potential customers. We already have the website addresses and some more info. Now we need contact email address and name of business owner as well. It is a quite simple task. You just need to restructure the Excel a bit, click on the website link and find the right contact information on the website.
We need the excel document “New Excel for you to fill [login to view URL]” filled out as you will see in the excel document. also we need:
• We need the Name and Email address preferably! from the Owner/CEO of the business or another contact person
• We definitely also need the regular email-address from that company (like info (at) [login to view URL])
Attached you will find one Excel list with the name “Existing database [login to view URL]”:
• Research the following countries: AT, AU, CA, CH, DE, IE, NZ, UK (mostly English and German websites)
• In this excel there are about 1,400 unique companies. The above mentioned countries who needs to be researched will result in about 500-700 contacts.
• Delete the duplicates
Here are some additional research techniques you can use if you don’t find the right email address:
• Look what is the name of the CEO of the company
• Google: “lastnameofceo (at) [login to view URL]” (you need to google this in quotes so that google is looking for exactly that!) or “[login to view URL] (at) [login to view URL]” or “info (at) [login to view URL]”. google will show you if there are any results.
• You can also use XING or LINKED IN to research the CEO or possible companies
We need around 500-700 updated company profiles. It is a quite simple tast, you will just need some hours to fulfil. Many thanks in advance and if you have any questions let’s get in touch.
