I need an excel template to help me calculate my Aggregate Production Plan showing the 3 planning strategy options so that I can choose the strategy option that works best (1) Level strategy (2) Chase strategy (3) Hybrid strategy Master Production Schedule (MPS) excel template - the template should include (1) Safety stock (2) accumulation of seasonal stock that I can sell in busy summer months (3) Fixed Lot Size production (4) respect a maximum production capacity limit (5) Available to Promise (ATP) (6) Production Lead time. I will provide a detailed write up with business scenario, my production forecast numbers and a draft template to successful candidate. Data is ready just need someone to put together the excel templates.
