Richner Communications, Inc. one of the fastest growing publishing companies on Long Island, is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant. The ideal candiate is dependable, energetic, ambitious, detail-oriented, well organized with strong interpersonal skills.

Must enjoy working with others in a fast paced environment and be able to embrace a diverse range of duties which includes sales.

Ability to interface between the sales, art and finance departments as well as contribute to the sales effort of the overall organization. Computer proficiency a must - Excel (including formulas), Word and Outlook. Strong writing, math and verbal skills are necessary.

The right person for this position has the ability to think on their feet and turn on a dime.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and answer phones including screen and forward investor calls, answer investor inquiries, provide information, take messages and schedule appointments

Organize and coordinate full travel arrangements including preparing itineraries

Manage calendars, maintain schedules and coordinate busy meetings

Assist with meeting prep (including all materials, prepping reports, etc.), and setup calls

Conduct research as needed

Prepare and submit expenses reports

Maintain and enter investor information into CRM system

Ongoing ad hoc assignments and projects as requested

Provide back-up support/coverage to other team assistant, as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Administrative experience within finance

Superb written and verbal communication skills

Strong time management skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments, with a high degree of accuracy

Excellent knowledge of administrative procedures

Strong working knowledge of computers and relevant software applications, primarily Microsoft Office Suite

Must be punctual and organized with excellent attention to detail

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a high pressure environment

Bachelor's Degree required
