Hire an Excel Expert

I want modifications to the forula based Excel spreadsheet. 1) The spreadsheet signifies 1 investment property purchased each week (aka Row 1) for 52 weeks. Currently the spreadsheet uses the same purchase price and formulas creating the financial data of each investment. I want a tab/sheet inserted as a Master data entry input page. The page needs to include and display the formulas, and choose an investment property (identified in Row 1) for the formula based financial information to populate in the spreadsheet. 2) The investment properties are currently identified as Week 0, Week 1, Week 2, etc. I'd like Row 1 to continue identifying the week, but add a new Row specifying each investment (i.e. Investment 1, Investment 2, Investment 3, etc.) allowing a single investment ot multiple investments in any given week. 2) I want a Row calculating the total amount of capital allocated to the investment plan. (I believe Row 43 was supposed to do this but the calculations are inaccurate. It accounts for money invested, but I don't think they account for reimbursement of capital as the investment properties are sold. This starts in Week 20.) 3) I want to remove the financial information related to "Acquired Realty net earnings" in Rows 69-74 relocated to it's own tab. The information in these rows are formula based calculations and all formulas need to remaining intact. 4) I want the accuracy of the financial information validated to ensure the financial calculations populating into the spreadsheet are 100% true and accurate.
