I need an admin assistant between 10-40 hours each week to perform administrative tasks and duties. I manage a team and need to focus on managing the business but have a number of administrative duties that needs attention. Below is a sample of work that is needed:
- Researching people on LinkedIn and Facebook to prepare for meetings
- Creation of Excel files and reports using data I will provide
- Excel data verification, analysis, and formatting
- Microsoft Word document creation and editing
- Email review and prioritization
- Website searching and research
- Managing Calendar and Meeting Invites for conflicts
You must have great experience with the following software:
- Microsoft Word 2013/2016
- Microsoft Excel 2013/2016
- Microsoft Outlook 2013/2016
You also should be familiar with the following web sites and how to use them:
- Google Docs and Apps
Because I work from 7am to 11pm Pacific time, you will need to at least overlap for two hours in the morning (either 7am to 9am or 4pm to 6pm Pacific). You can work the rest of the hours anytime. During that two hour overlap, we will speak live via Skype so that we can discuss the priorities for the day and week. Hence, you must be able to speak English
- Have the ability to attend a video conference (i.e. You must have a webcam and broadband internet).
Each task will range from hours to days. I will provide very clear instructions each time.
This is a work from home job. You do not need to commute to an office.
