Merge tables

I have a research paper ([login to view URL]) and we need to merge a couple of the tables. You will get the source file. Here the specific instructions: tables vii and viii: merge columns and add two subheaders. tables iv, v, and vi also need to merged. simply add them below each other. note that we need to include a panel in table iv that should read "Panel A: Initial Returns, Goss Proceeds, and Money Left on the Table" tables ix and x are a little more work. basically, we need a new title, new headers, and the variables are in different order and some variables are omitted.
