Standard in-painting algorithm applies on single image. For video in-painting, you have to apply the algorithm on every frame of the video. To improve accuracy you can extract features from nearby frames. For example, to improve in-painting accuracy of frame t, we can extract features form frame f-1 and f+1 because in a video nearby frames are similar.
