to answer your question i use max prog bulk program along with email verified which also removes all duplicates i use a program called bounce handler which catches all types of bounces and prevents them from hitting the server i also slow delivery rate down so as not to trigger spam filters on the mail server all emails are pretested against slandered list of words that trigger spam filters i am a small ( one man operation) based i USA and am a disabled vet working from home so can give you the attention you need i built a company called c b leads for my own use so it is tried and tested by me for me i have a list of 1.4 million business in California i scrubbed and sent for merchant account business . all clean now as you know I CANNOT GUARANTEE RESPONSE, ONLY DELIVERY. also if you decide to use me we can back this up with a phone delivery system (if your list contains phone #) also there are ways to get around opt in restrictions contact me to discuss further we can do a test run if you like
