Hello, Here are my views on your points. 1. we have a requirement to design and layout a PCB single sided SMT which is powered and monitors a 12V battery. Ans: Ok, I have the experience to design PCB with SMT Components with Single as well in Multiple layers and Please confirm me the dimensions of PCB also. (If you want I can show you my work). 2. Monitor the output voltage of the battery pack. ( voltages as specified in the battery data sheet) Ans: Confirm me for Monitoring, what you want to use LCD / OLED or LEDs? 3. Illuminate led when battery output voltage is at x.x volts (to be specified) Ans: OK, You mean led will ON when a voltage is at a specific value/stage? 4. Except an input from a latching switch Ans: Ok, You mean ON the Switch to Power ON the device? 5. Soft start and shut down LEDs Ans: Noted 6. Turn LEDs off after a time ( to be specified) Ans: Noted, confirm me the specific time. 7. Provide output signal to motor controllers Ans: ok, which type of motors you have. Hi Sr, I can design the board that you need. I'm electronic engineer with more than 15 years of experience designing boards and firmware. I think in two solutions for your board: 1) An Arduino based board with a smaller encapsulated as possible for the uC. The uC will meassure the voltage and generate the outputs and the necessary logic. 2) A board only with hardware chip inspectors that give us outputs depending on the input voltages. This is because there is only one part that I cant understand well (7. Provide output signal to motor controllers) We can chat about both options and find the best. In both solutions I will give you a complete package with all the necessary files for manufacturing, BOM and the 3D files for you can see the board before to manufacture. I will design first the schematic circuits and then with this we can define the board shape and size.
