eLearning Instructional Designers for long term contract

We require 4 eLearning Instructional Designers for a 1 year project. Initial start will be 3 months contract Successful candidate will do the following: Design eLearning modules and video tutorials using professional judgment regarding features, layout, and screen elements. Very sharp sense of converting dry content into compelling interactions, stories, humorous at times, and compelling stories. Desirable - writing skills that can create compelling intros for 'animated intros' and course publicity content. Must be ready to research where required to buttress points in content. Analyzes & evaluates available training material and able to document collaboration for Subject Matters Experts, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to facilitate learning content and design. Identifies areas for improvement and makes recommendations to increase the quality and effectiveness of learning content, presentation and delivery based on user feedback and industry research in the areas of adult learning methodology and the delivery of cutting edge web-based training. Reports status of course/project development and adherence on regularly scheduled intervals. Manages own projects from end– to–end ensuring adherence to project milestones and deadlines and works hand in hand with Developers and production team members. Independently investigates sources for developing learning content and design as needed. Able to carry out product demos based on information supplied by subject matter experts This role reports to Head of Production, with very close working with Project Co-ordinators, SMEs This role is for immediate start. This role is for remote working This role is for initial 3 months contract with option to permanent after three months. You MUST have a portfolio of works to show
