Training Materials Development– We are a training company that facilitates meetings on a number of subjects such as Retail Sales, Problem Solving, Dealing with difficult people etc. Our classes utilize a fun and facilitative process versus a pure lecturer which is what sets up apart. Our clients tell us that they not only learn a great deal at our sessions but have a great time. Each specific program has the following three items: • Leaders Guide • Power Point presentation that goes hand in hand with the Leaders Guide • Participant Workbook The courses vary in length of time ranging from two full days, one full day or three to four hour training. We are looking for a freelancer that is proficient in building and modifying training programs and understands facilitated meetings and can build or revise each presentation based on different needs. For example: • Two day programs that we would like to condense into one day. • Certain two day subjects that we would like broken into multiple seminars. • Modify a training session for a large customer and put their logo, specific situations and anything else our client wants to emphasize in the training. • Add training games into the curriculum.
