E-commerce Virtual assistant for Shopify, Amazon & FBA - $2/hr

I have several business endeavours that I am involved with (and am pretty sure, I will add more as time goes). My main businesses are Amazon, Shopify websites, Woocommerce/wordpress websites. So I will need someone who can be my right hand (wo)man to assist me with all business and personal needs. Some tasks will be repetitive, some will be one-time only or infrequent. You never know what you will get when working for me. I am looking for a virtual assistant who can perform varied duties both for my Amazon/Ebay stores and who can help maintain my own online wordpress/shopify e-commerce sites. Tasks include but are not limited to... 1) Lost and Damaged Inventory Reconciliation (Monthly) 2) Returns and Removals (Bi-Weekly) 3) Create images using canva 4) Basic Bookkeeping 5) maintain pinterest account 6) FBA Shipment Reconciliation (Weekly) 7) Dispute FBA Shipment Problems (Daily) 8) customer service 9) inventory management 10) Product listing - Amazon and shopify 11) FBA inbound shipment creation 12) Social media 13) Keyword research 14) Product sourcing 15) Blast emails to our customer list 16) Facebook campaigns 17) watch for trends 18) communicate with Chinese/American factories to prepare/place orders for products 19) Manage process of shipping from manufacturers to fulfillment warehouses 20) Liaison between you and other team members (SEO/Graphics Designer/etc.) 21) Many other tasks can be added to candidates tasks list if they are successfully handling the above tasks Over the period of the month total hours should average out to about 5 hours/week. ... Candidate MUST have the following experience: - Amazon Seller Central account experience: Buyer/Seller Messaging, Fulfillment Reports, Business Reports, Inventory, FBA Inventory, Add a Product, Flat File (optional buy highly sought after) - Evernote account and experience - Access to Skype and ability to make basic phone calls through Skype (Skype credits will be reimbursed) - Nearly Fluent English It would be beneficial to have use of certain software, such as Jungle Scout, Merchantwords, or any other Amazon product research tools. Must be fluent in English. We should not have ANY communication issues. There will be a face to face interview. If you don't have a video chat, we can do voice. I need someone who can be an expert at providing our customers with the comprehensive support required to achieve an excellent customer experience. Someone who can really be here for me to help me get things done, accurately and correctly. I need someone creative who can give constant new feedback and help develop growth in different areas. If you are chosen and hired, there will also be a probationary period to ensure the right fit for both of us. Also, we will have weekly meetings and active to-do sheets of tasks to finish. This is a position for approximately 10 hours to start and the pay is approximately $2.00 per hour.
