Create a Laravel Web Application using eBay API

We need an application which will communicate with eBay API and will allow users to add their ebay account, import their existing listings, create new listings, aggregate user messages in one place, resond to messages/queries, view order history, resolution centre cases, requests, all from the same platform. Basically this app will enable people with multiple ebay accounts to easily manage their accounts from a single point without logging into ebay for each account. Everything which ebay enables users to do should be doable from this application as per the available API. We'll prefer if Laravel Spark can be used to integrate SAAS functionalities. It's just another Laravel package which handles Authentication, Subscriptions, Teams, Invoices, Team Billing, Announcements, 2FA and a lot more.
