CL poster needed

Looking for an experienced CL poster. Must provide own IPs, PVAs etc... we will supply you some images and details and you must be able to write the ads then post it and it remain live for at least 6 hours, preferrably longer. The adds will need to be set up to link to our website, and we would like to have them reference some keywords that we will provide. We will have specific cities that the adds will need to be posted to, expanding to many other areas later. We are looking to have an X amount posted per week, every week, increasing the amount as we go. We will start small but intend to increase exponentially after a few weeks. The adds need to be spread out over time for maximum effectiveness, not just dumped all at once. If you are able to provide other marketing soulutions beyond CL please let us know, IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE AS STATED PLEASE DO NOT BID. We will require that you provide a list so that we can see adds posted. You will not have to worry about forwarding emails as we want our company email listed within the add as a contact and the adds should not have the reply option. NO FLAGGING NO GHOSTING ONLY PAY FOR LIVE ADS (AT LEAST 6 HOURS PREFERRABLY LONGER) Please respond with the following information: 1. Price per add. 2.
