building an ecommerce website

I want my ecommerce site to have a similar design to [login to view URL] (not my site) Want to advertise Free shipping in the header in addition to the Free Exchange….. that you see in the header. Want to be able to make special offers at the bottom below the categories on the main page. Want to make sure the site is secure. I will be getting an SSL certificate through hosting with hostgator My products are from the site [login to view URL] have the same categories I have an aweber account that I want to link to the opt in page I want to accept paypal payments pro as well as paypal standard I want every time an order is placed for an emailed to be sent to my drop shipper and a copy to me. I want to offer free shipping with UPS ground in the US, however, also offer expediated and express shipping using USP calculator. USPS for Alasaka and Hawaii giving priority and express mail options USPS priority mail international for all other countries, express mail offered as well SEO friendly with the name of the model in the url for example if the model is called model101 and the site is called. www.mysite.com. I’d like the url to look something like [login to view URL] I want the check out to be 1 page with a few sentences about our policies at the top and giving an option between paypal and paying by creditcard (paypal payments pro) similar to [login to view URL] . I want to be able to create coupons. I want to be able to upload csv files with the products. Last but not least, I want to be able to easily make modifications on my site. I would like to pay for this as a project and not by hour. Please let me know your bid and how long do you think it would take to build. Please fell free to ask any questions as well.
