Add Payment Gateway in Shopify

Need to add Direcpay in Shopify Store and Add USD & INR manual conversion tool. I need to add manual conversion rate for USD conversion. I already added Paypal and would like to proceed USD payment with Paypal and INR payment with Direcpay.
Please note that Direcpay is no more partner with Shopify India, so you need to create a custom gateway to execute the transaction.
